The room was spacious and super clean, and the pool and barbecue area were just as clean. Michele & Team were beyond helpful with the service. We highly recommend Sea Spray Motel in Merimbula. Excellent! 😁😃👍🇦🇺

We stayed on 18/9/25 after choosing this place because of the reviews, and were so disappointed. There was no meet and greet, just a key left at the front desk. The room was very dated, with carpet on the walls, and smelled terribly musty and mouldy. On closer inspection, the vertical blinds were covered in mould, and I hate to think how much might have been in the carpet. Nobody was there to talk to. Never again, and I definitely wouldn't recommend it. $180 for a mouldy night. Don't put yourself through it.

Michelle communicated very nicely and the customer service was great. The rooms were exactly as described, and the accommodation has to be very clean for me to give it five stars. There were nice extras we didn't use, including a coffee pod machine. The locally sourced Australian shower gel, shampoo and conditioner smelled nice too. It's in a perfect spot for a short walk to town, and being adults-only made it quieter. Excellent stay.

The room was clean and comfortable, with everything we needed for a relaxing stay. Having body wash, shampoo, conditioner and body lotion in the bathroom meant less to pack. I was greeted warmly on arrival, and check-in was quick and efficient. I had a wonderful stay at Sea Spray Motel and would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable, enjoyable visit to Merimbula.

The rooms are spotless, homely and comfortable, and the location is great, just a short walk to the shops. Antoinette and Toni are fabulous hosts, always helpful and lovely to stop for a chat with. My partner and I have stayed here many times over the past few years and absolutely love it. If only we could live here!
