The owner was so friendly and made us feel really welcome during our 5-night Easter stay. The 2 bedroom apartment was very clean and comfortable. It’s on a quiet street, with the beach within walking distance and peaceful merimbula lake just 2 mins away on foot. We’ll stay again next time. Thank you!

We found this to be a great value family apartment in a great location. The grounds are exceptionally well looked after, the apartment was extremely clean and the pool area is beautiful. The managers are warm and friendly, and made us feel so welcome. They really added to the stay.

Jeff and Kim are the best part of the place. They’re lovely owners who manage and maintain everything themselves, and they make you feel welcome. We’ve been here 4 times, and the place keeps getting better, with fast (free) WiFi internet, smart TV and more. It’s a special place, extremely clean, well maintained and well equipped, in a perfect spot right on the beach of the lake and the ocean. Can’t wait for our next holiday here.

Friendly and comfortable, and well positioned on the Fishpen for lovely walks by the lake or along the beach. We’ve been holidaying here for several years during Victoria's winter, and Managers Kim and Geoff are always making updates to keep the stay enjoyable. Thoroughly recommend for families or individuals.
