The place is old and dated and needs renovation. There seemed to be a mix of locals waiting for public or aged care housing and casual pickers. There are lots of cameras and gates, and it seemed like many locals were coming through or walking past the rear carpark. Loud locals yelling or arguing left me feeling paranoid and insecure. I definitely won't recommend or use this accommodation again.

The rooms are older style and could use a refresh, but they're spacious and clean. The bed and pillows were very comfortable. It was handy having a fridge, microwave, toaster, cutlery and crockery. No complaints from me, I'd stay here again.

I'm not sure whether it's a motel or temporary emergency housing, maybe both. The room was clean, the bed was good, the air worked well, and there was some renovation underway and secure parking. It was fine for one night.

The bedding was dirty, with marks on the sheets, and the blankets didn’t seem to get washed. There were bed bugs everywhere. I wouldn’t recommend staying here at all.

The room was clean and mostly quiet, even though it was near the pool and the back of the residence. The bathroom was lovely, the shower was great, and amenities were provided. The sofa is saggy and needs replacing. The covered space between Deakin Ave and the pool could use a proper tidy. It may be the owners’ area, but it looks messy.
