The river views were amazing, and the gardens and grounds were very well kept by Simon and Michelle. My wife and I stayed in a riverfront cabin hosted by Joanne, and we couldn't speak more highly of the cabin or its location. It's close to shops and clubs. Loved the place and we'll definitely be back.

The Murray River setting is fantastic, and on our first visit we found the cabins clean, with some offering river views. A few are in need of refurbishment, though, and the grounds look a little tired and in need of work. When the river is low, you can't get a boat in and swimming is in the mud. We'll come back and hope things improve a little.

A nice setting, with clean, tidy grounds and good amenities, including a pool, spa and service block. The cabin we stayed in was getting dated. Its shower was just a hose with a small showerhead on the end, and the water kept switching from hot to cold, which was annoying. Ants were a nuisance too, and we had to buy surface spray to get rid of them. The couch was really hard with very little give.

The park is right by the river and within walking distance of the RSL. It's a nice big place, with spacious, very clean rooms and a great BMX track onsite. It was a shame there was no fire allowed in the park even in winter, and there were no jumping pillows, just a basic playground for kids.

We got a bargain deal on Scoopon for a three night weekend and were pleased with the facilities. The place is older, but it was very clean and comfortable. The gardens are clearly well loved and a joy to walk through. The paddlesteamer trip was an extra bonus.
