The apartments are modern, stylish, comfortable, and in a great location. I've stayed in different ones over the past 3 or 4 years whenever I've come "home" to visit, and they've all been lovely. Carol, the manager, is amazing: friendly, accommodating, and happy to help with anything. You only need to bring food if you want to save money on eating out, plus your clothes and toiletries. Everything else is provided, which makes it great for families. I highly recommend staying here. You'll be happy with it and, like me, will probably want to come back every time you visit beautiful Mount Gambier.

Unit 3 is spacious, and having a double garage was great, though the clearance nearly caught our mirrors. You can see the caretaker takes care of the place. The smell, though, was a major problem and cost it two stars. At first there's a really strong air freshener smell, almost like being sprayed in the face. Then there's a bad, possibly damp smell through the house, especially near the front. We left the windows and screen doors open to air it out, but it was still off-putting. One bedroom had another smell, like something rotting, so strong it made me gag. More airing didn't help. I'm hoping it's a new issue that will go away over time. I read the visitors' book and everyone had positive things to say. I couldn't find the place on TripAdvisor.
