The lodge was peaceful and quiet, and had everything we needed to relax in the spa and sauna over a long weekend. We were also able to bring our little kitty along since it’s pet friendly. Carola and Jeroen are great hosts. We had a fantastic stay and would definitely love to come back in the future. Highly recommend if you’re looking for a relaxing getaway.

A good, quiet spot for a quick weekend getaway from Brisbane or Logan. There’s a tennis court, spa and sauna, and Carola was a very helpful host. We enjoyed our stay.

The lodge is tucked away in a quiet spot surrounded by tropical rainforest, yet close to dining options, Burleigh Beach, the Gold Coast and Robina Shopping Centre. It’s private and pet friendly, and was very clean. Everything was there for a comfortable, relaxing stay for two adults with a baby and dog. The hosts had thought of the details and provided a cot, high chair, dog bed and toys. We’d happily stay again. Thank you, Carola and Jeroen, for sharing your beautiful place.

I could happily sit all day listening to the nearby creek and birds. Garasu Lodge is in such a tranquil, beautiful spot, perfect for relaxing and recharging. It looks just like the photos. The decor is lovely, the private facilities are great, and everything was clean and comfortable.

We really enjoyed the bush views and the nearby hiking tracks. The rooms were spacious and met our needs. The one drawback was sharing a single bathroom as a family of four. Jutta was extremely helpful and showed us the sauna, tennis court and spa. Garasu Lodge was amazing, and I’d definitely recommend it.
