Breakfast each morning was delicious, and the motel had plenty of useful information about the area. It’s full of character and history, with thoughtful decor throughout. What stood out most were the hosts, who were warm, helpful, and clearly cared about making guests feel looked after. A place with real heart and soul, well worth five stars.

We only stayed for a night, but came away with a very good impression. The room was quiet, clean and tidy, with a firm mattress, a decent sized TV, toiletries, and a little milk for tea or coffee. Wifi was included, and breakfast was good. The staff were helpful and hard working. At 9pm they were still preparing breakfast for the next morning. I checked, and they are employees. The beach and supermarket are within walking distance, and there are plenty of good restaurants to choose from. Such a beautiful, peaceful town ❤️🥰 Recommended 👍

The balcony had amazing views, and the location was central to town and other points of interest. It was my first time at this bed and breakfast. The rooms were spacious and felt more like home than a hotel. They offer free breakfast in your room if you’d rather not spend money at a cafe. The staff were friendly and caring. I’d stay again.

The managers were so friendly and helpful, and the river is just a short walk away. It was a lovely surprise to find such a characterful historic building with large rooms. I’m already looking forward to staying again soon.
