Saladin Lodge

Kim's warmth and dedication are what make Saladin Lodge stand out. She pays attention to the little details throughout the lodge, and you can tell she takes pride in making each stay memorable. From our arrival, she made us feel genuinely welcome and looked after, well beyond a simple hello and goodbye. The lodge itself is beautiful and peaceful, just right for a relaxing getaway. I can't recommend Saladin Lodge highly enough as one of the area's best places to stay. We'll absolutely return.

There are lovely surrounds and walking tracks here, and breakfast comes with a great range of choices. Our room was spacious and very clean. Kim was a friendly, kind and accommodating host who also knew the area well. I highly recommend visiting Saladin Lodge.

For our one-night nature getaway, the property had everything we wanted: a little lake, gardens to sit in, and a shared lodge space with a cosy fireplace. There's also a short hike on the property, about 30 minutes return, with a beautiful view. My partner and I found the private room clean and nice, and the location was beautiful. The host was lovely, kind and helpful. We'd definitely go back!

The country setting was quiet, and we enjoyed the atmosphere and Kim's company during our weekend night at Saladin Lodge. As the owner, she made a point of interacting with all the guests and was very accommodating. She also cooked us a beautiful breakfast on Sunday morning. The rooms were clean and beautifully decorated. I'd highly recommend the lodge. Thanks again, Kim.
