We stayed with a group of friends for a nearby wedding, within walking distance of the very fine Welcome Swallow Brewery, and had a lovely time. It was clean, comfortable, good value and well placed for the center of new Norfolk. The eclectic, unusual look may not be for everyone, but it was perfect for us. Thank you!

Parking is a nightmare. The motel room was adequate, but could have been cleaner. The toilet light didn't work, and the fire alarm was missing.

The dogs barked late at night and again early in the morning, so I couldn't sleep until late and then couldn't sleep in. The room roof was caving in over the main room where the bed was, and above the shower too. The shower tiles were uneven and sharp, making it easy to cut your foot.

Quirky, clean, serviceable, and a great price. One of the quirkiest hotels I've ever stayed at.

The location is great, and we loved it last time, but the new owners have let the place down. There was no service at all, and reception was always closed. We put out the service sign and got towels, but no fresh tea bags, coffee or milk. We couldn't find anyone, and the cleaner was under the pump and had none to give us. The bar and dining were closed too. We won't stay here again.
