Sead was a true gentleman and knew lots about things to do all around Tasmania. This bed and breakfast is in excellent condition, with a newly renovated kitchen and bathrooms. The house is on Tasmania's heritage list, and I’ll definitely stay here next time I’m in Hobart.

Breakfast is easy to sort out with a kitchen available for guests, and the beds are comfortable. The bathroom looks new, and the heritage building is clean and well cared for. Sead is very friendly. Highly recommend staying at Meriam bed & breakfast.
