Belmont Executive Apartments

The road noise was atrocious, and we couldn’t sleep. We stayed three nights at the Belmont Executive Apartments. The beds were comfortable and the place was clean, but that was about it. While I was running a bath, the faucet came off the wall at full force and hit the bath. It could have been very dangerous if someone had been in there. The shower leaked across the bathroom floor between the shower and bath, and we had to mop it up with towels because there was no mop. We told management, who said they already knew about the leak and that it had been going on for 12 months. Disgraceful. They said someone would come look at it, but no one came. Then they charged a $200 bond. The whole experience was a big fat zero.

Spotlessly clean, modern and well equipped, with plenty of room in the apartment. It’s near Lake Macquarie, as well as Belmont shops and restaurants. I’d have no hesitation about staying again.

A very nice apartment, though the highway noise is the one drawback. I’d choose one at the back if possible. The front apartments have lake views.

It looks nice, but the bed was dirty, with hairs of all different shapes and sizes on it. I don’t think it had been washed in a while.
