The staff were kind, helpful and reasonable, and the rooms were clean with the basics you need. The bathrooms have been renovated in the last 5-10 years. It’s an affordable, no-fuss accommodation option, around a 10-15 minute walk to the main shops, or a 3-4 minute drive. There’s a great pop-up coffee shop on site, and the Tepenyaki restaurant seemed busy. I didn’t eat there, but wished I had after seeing it when I got home. For what you book and pay for, it does the job wonderfully.

Sonny is a nice host, and the place is modern, clean and tidy. It’s close to the shops, cafes, lake and boutiques at Warner's Bay, with a coffee van on site as a bonus. There’s also a Japanese restaurant and laundry facilities. The room has a fridge, coffee and tea, microwave, jug and toaster, making this a great spot for one night or several. Great location and friendly staff.

This is an old-school Aussie motel, so don’t expect five-star luxury, but it’s very clean and comfortable, with excellent value for money. It looks like it got a recent spruce-up in Jan 2026, and the linen and towels were fresh and new. The main shops in Warners Bay are about a 10-minute stroll along the lake. For a morning caffeine hit, Jimmy's at the Esplanade coffee caravan is just outside.

The beds were very comfortable, the rooms were lovely, and the price was great. The location is perfect, and the manager was welcoming and couldn’t have been more helpful. I’ll definitely stay again 👍🏼

It’s in a great spot for my morning run by the lake. The room was spacious and spotlessly clean, and the staff were friendly and helpful.
