I’m in the room right now, and it feels like heaven. The host is lovely, friendly, welcoming and down to earth, like visiting mum. The place is what you make of it. I’ve stayed at plenty of five star hotels and resorts, but none gave me the rested feeling we crave. Here, the lush surroundings, mountains all around and wildlife I’ve never seen outside an animal sanctuary make it feel like a pure reset. I may never stay anywhere else again. I’m sorry some people are too shallow and soulless to feel the magic of this place.

A lovely place with a friendly vibe and beautiful stars. It’s rare for an owner to have a waterfall on their property, and rarer still for someone to put in the work to share it with everyone.

The place was a bit hard to find, but it’s gorgeous, surrounded by rolling green hills with a waterfall nearby. The cabin was clean and well cared for. Only downside was the lack of an oven.

The owner is awesome and I like this place, but the shower drives me mad. It has a fixed fitting in a narrow space, and it gets extremely hot. The little aircon is a bonus, though it’s highly priced. When it’s really wet, the track is slippery, which isn’t good.

This was one of the biggest holiday disappointments of my life. Before our date, the owner kept mucking me around about the booking. Once we arrived, finding the place was ridiculous, with overgrown, unreadable signs and terrible roads. It was very hot, and only one fan was sort of working. Things were damaged or broken, and the place wasn’t very clean. The property itself was beautiful but unkempt. The path to the waterfall was so bad that we never made it there. Very disappointed.
