We stayed two nights, and the service was extremely poor for a place calling itself a 4-star hotel. The unit cost about the same as, or more than, other 4-star hotels nearby, but it was dusty on the dining tables, kitchen shelves and lounge sofa. The plates and spoons weren't properly washed. There were no tissue boxes or paper towels, and the bathroom had the only mirror in the apartment, with no dressing mirrors elsewhere. There was no housekeeping during our stay. Before checkout, we got an email telling us to take out the rubbish, load the dishwasher and run it ourselves. That's not a huge task, but at those prices I expected proper service. Very bad experience. Avoid this place twin quays.

Everything we needed was close by: the river, cafes and restaurants, boat hire, a supermarket and a bottle shop. The one-bedroom apartment was roomy, clean and well equipped. There's a pool and spa, easy covered parking, and after-hours check-in using a lock box.

Chris at reception was cheerful and really nice. The location is great. It would be useful to have restaurant brochures in the apartment, both for guests and to promote local places. A few extra dishwasher sachets would be handy too, without having to ask.

We’ve stayed here before in both a one-bedroom apartment and a studio, and those had king beds. Apartment 26 only has a queen, so ask for a different one if you want the usual home comforts. Some floor tiles were loose, with no grout around them. I’d stay here again, just not in number 26.

The location made it easy to unwind around work, with Woolworths, the river, cafes and restaurants all close by. The room was spacious and had the amenities I needed. I did notice a few small bugs and some clothes left behind the washing machine, though neither bothered me much. It was great accommodation for work.
