Lanis on the Beach - Old Bar

There are different types of accommodation, though ours was a little small. It was our first visit to Old Bar, and we'd definitely come back. The park has all the amenities you need, and the town centre is an easy walk or just a one-minute drive. What a gem, with polite staff.

We liked our stay and added an extra day so we could get some work done on the 4WD. The park is large but wasn't crowded while we were there, with good facilities and pleasant staff. It's right on the water. A great caravan park.

The beach is only a two-minute walk away, and it's so long you can walk or run for miles. We stayed five days in a cabin at Lanis on the Beach, and were very pleased with it. It was spotless and smelled fresh when we arrived, with enough space for two adults. The kitchen and bathroom were clean, with plenty of cooking utensils, pots and pans, and hot water. It had a TV, a huge fridge and a gas stove. The double bed was comfortable, and there was lots of cupboard space for clothes. The ladies in the office were lovely and gave us helpful information. I'd highly recommend Lanis on the Beach for a holiday.

The beach is just a blink away, pet friendly, and off-leash outside the main beach area. I've stayed here many times with my companion dog, Ned, in cabins, a camping trailer and now a small caravan. Service and staff have always been good, and the atmosphere is friendly. There's a great restaurant right outside the park entrance, with lovely coffee and food.
