The beach walks were the best part for me. The water was too rough to swim, but the sunrises and sunsets were amazing, and walking along the peaceful shore felt cathartic. We stayed in a tastefully furnished one-bedroom apartment, spacious and comfortable, and the whole complex was clean and beautifully maintained inside and out. The staff were friendly and happy to help with our requests. Kelli and Kent deserve kudos for managing and maintaining the resort so well.

The people made our stay feel especially welcoming. Staff were attentive and looked after us without hovering, and the whole place had a relaxed coastal feel. Our room was comfortable and spotless, the grounds were lovely, and the beach and local spots were only a short stroll away. The Meridian Resort at Old Bar is beautifully maintained, and we left already thinking about coming back. Great for a weekend or a longer stay.

Our three-bedroom ground floor apartment had an ocean view and was such a lovely place to stay. It was very clean, and the appliances were all in good condition. We spent two nights at the Meridian Beachside Apartments and enjoyed it so much we'd love to return for longer. Highly recommend.

We could step right out onto the beach, and the apartment had everything we needed. Had a lovely time here, just perfect. Highly recommended.

The wifi was awful, apparently a mix of Old Bar and router issues. Still, I'd happily come back and recommend the place. I stayed 12 nights and enjoyed the lovely sea views. The property is very well maintained, and the kitchen had plenty of utensils. Bring your own oil and cleaning supplies. I didn't use the communal areas, though they looked nice.
