The room and bathroom were roomy, everything was spotless and thoughtfully set up, and the bed was so comfortable we didn't want to leave it. We especially loved the pretty garden and balcony. Mary made the place feel as welcoming as grandma's house. We had to rush off for the ferry, so I didn't get to leave Mary a note in person. This is the best place I've stayed, and we'd have happily spent a few more nights there if we hadn't already booked in Hobart. Thank you, Mary!

We especially enjoyed breakfast outside in the sunny eating area, watching wallabies and rabbits. Mary was a great host, with plenty of amenities and a generous fresh breakfast. The place was peaceful, comfortable and very clean, and it felt like home.

Mary made us feel right at home, and the thoughtful touches were everywhere. There was a tasty croissant breakfast and a good range of complimentary tea, coffee, juice and snacks. The room was spacious, with a lovely garden view, and the cosy interior was really cute. Best place we stayed during our two-and-a-half-week Tasmania trip. Mary is a fantastic host.

We planned to use the place as a stopover for Maria Island, but ended up not going there, and wished we'd booked a longer stay anyway. Brian and Jayne were charming hosts, and the facilities and gardens were lovely. Next time we'll stay longer.
