We’d booked the wrong room type by mistake, but the team sorted it out easily and were warm and welcoming throughout. They were also great with local suggestions for food and things to see, which made our stay even better. The room was spotless and well presented, with plenty of tea, coffee and bathroom essentials. Transport is easy to reach, and there’s a shopping center nearby. The service was outstanding, and nothing seemed like too much trouble. I’d happily stay again, and it’ll be my first choice next time I’m in the area.

We spent a few days at Quest Penrith visiting family. The rooms are clean and comfortable, and housekeeping does a fabulous job. If you have the do not disturb sign up, they come back later, and they even go the extra mile and wash your dirty dishes. This was our second stay, and I’m sure we’ll be back again.

I stayed here while training for a new role, and it made the whole time 100% comfortable. The place was fantastic and clean, with great hotel facilities and friendly staff and cleaners. It’s close to lots of places, including shops, clubs and restaurants. I recommend staying here, and I definitely will when I come back up.

My one-bedroom apartment was super comfortable and came with cooking utensils. Staff were very professional, and the TV was easy to use. Construction across the road could get very noisy, but otherwise there wasn’t much to complain about.

I was traveling solo for business and found a clean, tidy place to stay, with really welcoming reception staff. Coffee, breakfast, dinner, pizza and pasta are all close by. It was quiet, with no noise.
