The location was great, but the room was much smaller than we expected, with just one bedside table because of the limited space. It was clean, though. They’d supplied a face cloth to use as a hand towel, and the bath towels were tiny too. After a long day we wanted a cup of tea, but there was no milk in the fridge and only three tea bags: one black, one chamomile, and one green. Disappointing, and I don’t plan to return.

Every staff member I spoke with was friendly, polite, and professional. They handled things quickly and smoothly, and seemed genuinely glad to help. I really appreciated the care and attention they gave us. It’s clear they put a lot of effort into the customer experience. Highly recommend!

A little gem, with a characterful room and a comfy bed. The facilities were just right, and the breakfast was fabulous for the price. I’ll definitely be back. Thank you!

I made a mistake booking on Airbnb and asked for a refund after 24 hours, when the owner had found another booking. He laughed at my request and came back with a smug, blanket response that it was outside policy. We also cancelled the booking to free up the rooms.

The owner was horrible. I checked in on the wrong date, and he left my belongings outside unattended. When I called him about it, he wouldn’t help and just laughed.
