The staff were absolutely magnificent, and the apartment was exceptionally clean and well equipped. It’s about a 10 minute walk from central station. The shower was great, and the washer and dryer both worked really well.

The room was cosy, quiet and in a perfect location. The bed was horrible, though. It was two singles pushed together, and the hard, prominent join made the whole bed uncomfortable to sleep on. After checking out I got stuck in the garage because reception hadn’t explained how to exit.

We enjoyed the clean, well-equipped room and the location worked really well for Fringe Festival. A Chromecast or smart TV would’ve been nice, but it wasn’t a major issue.

After a peaceful night’s sleep, you can cook on a couple of hotplates and wash up or do laundry before heading out. The rooms are spacious and well maintained, with a washing machine and dryer available. It’s a great base for enjoying the city.

The service was quick and very good, and our room at the back of the property was spacious and clean. The hotel is close to the CBD, about a 15 minute walk, and very near Perth train station, which is around a 20 minute train ride from Perth Airport. On-site parking felt a bit steep, but you can park on the street in the neighbourhood for free after 1730hrs. I don’t agree with working guests who say this is a dead part of Perth with no food. We found coffee and breakfast at two different places, both a 5 minute walk away, and the CBD nightclubs and bars are also a 5 minute walk in that direction. Those guests should do some research before complaining.
