The apartments are nice, with great facilities and a good position near the city and major feeder highways. There was some noise, but it wasn’t too bad, and the neighbourhood was friendly.

There’s a nice park out front, good common areas, and the surroundings felt safe, with CCTV everywhere and no dead zones. The windows aren’t the best, though. You can definitely hear a fair bit of road noise from the two highways if you share a bedroom wall with a neighbour who opens their window.

The apartment looks really beautiful and is well designed, but its position at the junction of two busy highways makes it noisy. The windows don't block much sound, and most balconies get too windy.

It's in a good spot near a bus stop, Aloft Hotel and places to eat. The condominium is high quality and thoughtfully designed, with a pool and fitness centre.

I wouldn't live here again. The highway noise makes it hard to sleep, and there's mould in the apartment because Strata won't fix the window seal problem.
