We were warmly welcomed as soon as we arrived at the Pensione Hotel Perth. Gopu and his team were so friendly and accommodating, and generous with their time. Nothing felt like too much trouble, and Gopu went the extra mile to make sure we were comfortable. The rooms were clean and comfortable, and the on-site laundry was a handy bonus. The hotel is in a great CBD spot, a short walk from Perth Central Station, with cafés, restaurants, shops and supermarkets nearby. Perth has lots of friendly people, and this is a wonderful place to stay if you're thinking of visiting. Greg & Emma

The service was good, and they let me check in at 12:00. I arrived at around 7:00, though, and it was a pity I couldn't get in then despite requesting early check-in. The room is spacious, but the bathroom isn't so good. The shower pressure wasn't strong enough, and water kept getting out of the shower booth and wetting the toilet floor, even with the shower head pointed into the corner. It's about 8 mins to Perth station on a flat street, or around 9 aud by uber. Compared with other hotels of the same level in the region, I didn't think the location was so good. There wasn't much street noise, but loud door-banging from neighbors and the corridor was bothersome.

The staff were kind and friendly, and the hotel is open 24/7. My room was clean, with fresh sheets, a good shower and conditioner, shampoo and body wash. There was also a jug for hot drinks and a little fridge. It's a lovely clean hotel in Perth cbd, and I'd stay again if I visit Perth.

We had a clean queen twin room with enough space for two, right in Perth city, so it was easy to get around. The staff were friendly and let us check in early at around 11AM since the room was already available, which was nice. Daily complimentary tea and coffee, a hair-dryer and a safe were provided. It took around a month for the deposit to come back. Maybe that was because we used a debit card rather than a credit card, but it wasn't a major issue. A great experience overall.

The location made getting to everything we needed really easy. Check-in came with a fun little surprise too: the receptionist gave us candies. Everyone on staff was friendly and helpful. The shower pressure was a bit low, but we had a great stay and would happily recommend the hotel.
