Perth Central City Stay Apartment Hotel

This was my second stay, and I'll definitely come back. Eddie was polite and helpful, and the cleaners I passed in the hallway were pleasant too, smiling and saying hello. The location was central for my visit. My room was nicely appointed and beautifully clean, with a very comfortable bed. The bathroom was lovely and clean as well.

The apartment had simple but charming ambience, and I was very happy with the amenities, including parking. The bed was the comfiest, coziest one I've stayed in at a hotel. Excellent service at front reception from the General Manager. You may meet some colourful characters here, but for an adventurer, the price, quality and location come together perfectly.

Eddie and the staff were welcoming and helpful, and having a car park was great. It easily fit our 4WD. The room cost very little and was much more comfortable than the expensive motel we'd stayed at in Geraldton before coming here. We spent three nights in a one-bedroom apartment. We were a bit apprehensive when we first arrived, but the room and amenities turned out to be a pleasant surprise.

After we had to find somewhere else to sleep late at night, the property sent a text the next day saying reception shuts at 9 PM. They still refused a refund, even though we couldn't get into the room we'd paid for. There'd been no call to check our arrival time, no late check-in instructions or lockbox, and no one answered when I tried calling. We'd driven two hours with our kids and arrived late, which can happen when you're travelling with children. The place was completely deserted. Being left to sort out accommodation at night was a nightmare, and the response showed no empathy or accountability. Appalling service. Save your money.
