The grassy sites were good, and the coastal location was magnificent, especially for watching sunrise and sunset. The staff were friendly, the service was great, and they were very accommodating when we drove in for a last-minute stay.

We brought our two dogs, so we had to get up early to walk them before the heat, since the ground got too hot for their paws. It was quiet and hot, just as expected, and the great air conditioning was a relief. The village was fine. We came for a peaceful break out of season and weren’t expecting anything more than a quiet retreat.

This is my favourite caravan park ever. The location is right on the beach, with gorgeous Honeymoon beach just a two-minute walk away and the local Pub just as close. The park feels peaceful and scenic, and the amenities are all very clean. The pool is fabulous, with plenty of lounges, and the staff are friendly and helpful. There’s an adults-only theatre for some time away from the kids, plus modern laundry facilities and very clean bathrooms. If you’re after a relaxing stay, this is the place. We loved it.

The sites are spacious, with plenty of room for a van and car. But when we arrived, we were told some amenities weren’t open and we’d have to use the ones at the other end of the park. For the ridiculous price we paid, all the amenities should have been available. They’re definitely pricing themselves out of the market, and the cost will probably keep us from returning to The Cove Point Samson WA.

We had an ensuite site for our camper. There’s a nice pool, an indoor camp kitchen, and a great adults-only theatre room.
