I felt safe and at home here, and I’d come back even if my car hadn’t broken down. After the car trouble, having hotel coverage helped, but the warm welcome made the stay feel like a relief. Samantha greeted me kindly and gave me a voucher for a free drink at the bar. She helped with everything I needed, except getting me more free drink vouchers 😉. The room was clean and spacious, with spotless linen, and both it and the bathroom were nicely prepared. Each morning Melissa, with Wang or Naomi, welcomed me and checked whether I needed anything. They made everything easy. Thanks to all of you! 💖

The food had my mouth watering, it was delicious. We went for my birthday dinner and had such a lovely time. The staff were friendly and amazing, and I’d recommend it for a nice family dinner.

We’ve been here a few times and the staff and service are always great. It’s a great spot for a family meal and a few cold beers. I’ll keep coming back when I’m in the area.

The food was shit and the service was worse. The barman who took my dinner order was unpleasant, and I told him how shit it was. He shouldn’t be working in customer service. My work team and I avoid the place now. For good food and service, try the traveller rest ( north Stirling) on a Thursday.

The Moroccan chicken and rump steak were both really delicious, and the food was amazing. Warm bread rolls came out first, which was a lovely touch. Happy hour runs until 7pm, with pints at $7, then they only went up to $8 because of specials!
