I booked this accommodation in December for July 2020 and paid a $4,500 deposit. We couldn't travel because of Covid restrictions. Glenn Smith, the property manager, didn't reply to my voice messages or emails about a refund or another option until June, when I finally got through to him. He said I should have had travel insurance, which was incorrect, then hung up on me. Stayz, who I booked through, refunded their portion and had said that property managers refund or negotiate on non-refundable bookings affected by covid.
