Tony gave us a two-bedroom apartment with a beach view when I was travelling with my daughter, which made my birthday stay extra special. The place was spotless and had everything we needed. We could walk to both the beach and the shops, and we'd happily come back. Thanks, Tony!

The rooms were roomy and very clean, and the location was great. Our hosts were wonderful and kindly arranged a late checkout at short notice. We had a lovely stay and would recommend it.

We spent four weeks at The White House in July and August 2024, and it's become my favourite place to stay in Port Douglas. The gardens are beautifully kept by Tony, and with just 10 apartments, the property feels lovely and peaceful. We enjoyed the trees and birdsong across from the park, while still being close to the beach, main Street and restaurants. Inside, everything was spotless and well equipped, with good quality things that all worked well. Tony and Helen were friendly and helpful without ever getting in our way. I'm already looking forward to coming back next year.

Our original accommodation had to move us because of repairs, so we were pleasantly surprised by the White House. The apartments were modern, clean and well cared for, and having only a small number of them gave us a nice sense of privacy. We often had the pool and bbq area to ourselves. The owner was lovely, and we could walk everywhere from there. Highly recommend.

Tony was a lovely host and always happy to help. The apartment was clean, well equipped and had good quality fittings, and the location was great. We've stayed in Port Douglas several times, and this is one of the best places we've tried. We've already booked for next year.
