Lighthouse Beach Holiday Village

The quiet, peaceful feel of Lighthouse Holiday Village made it easy to relax. Our cabin was roomy, spotless, and had everything we needed, and the staff were welcoming and helpful from the time we arrived. The beach was only a short walk away, handy for a stroll in the morning or a swim later on. A really lovely stay.

We had our caravan there. The beach is close enough that you can hear the surf, and there’s a lovely walk nearby. Staff were helpful too.

Camping here was lovely. It was quiet, clean and green, and so close to the beach. We couldn’t have asked for more.

We enjoyed our stay in this lovely natural setting. The pool was great, the facilities were clean, and the park is easy to reach by car or bus, with a bus stop right outside. After all the rain, though, mud and wet ground meant fewer sites were available. Some maintenance is needed in the toilets. One was missing its pull part and another had been fixed with wire. The last toilet bowl had severe cracks and very sharp edges. I’ve seen this happen twice before, and it could seriously hurt someone if it breaks. I reported it to reception. The dryer in our amenities block wasn’t working, although there was another in the laundry, which can get busy. I can still recommend the caravan park.
