We had friends stay with us for the first few days, and they enjoyed it as much as we did. Our little dog Mindy loved the enclosed yard and the beach, which is so close by. Even so, the house feels secluded on a quiet street. We spent six days in the large home and were thrilled with what it had to offer. It was neat and clean, with everything you'd want and a very comfortable feel. Penny & Tony were friendly and accommodating, and we hope to visit again. Thanks for a great stay.

I've stayed other places, but this is easily my favourite for a short break. I come down at least once a year to get away from the noise, usually with my two dogs. It's so quiet and relaxing, with almost no traffic or people around. The beach is literally across the road, and The White Elephant Cafe is a 10-minute walk away. Margs is a 10-minute drive. Tony is a very nice, helpful owner.

We used the property as a base for the Cape to Cape walk, coming back for showers and drinks after long days on the track. It was a great spot for beach walks and calm swims, and the high standard of the facilities and presentation made booking, maintenance and staying there a pleasure. We only dealt with Tony, and nothing was too much trouble. Thanks heaps. 👌

A lovely cafe, with friendly staff and a really nice cup of fresh tea. If you love chocolate, this place is amazing and well worth a visit.

The peaceful feel was lovely, and those old surfboards hanging up were a great touch. Breakfast was very good, service was excellent. Get the avo and eggs, yummy.
