For $75, my room was clean, the staff were friendly, and the service was great.

We'd travelled all the way from the Sunshine Coast, and my partner's workmates were meant to stay here too. But once we arrived, there was no way I was letting my three children stay. The place was filthy, with dirty things everywhere, and I felt the safety was nonexistent. It's an absolute disgrace and really needs to be reported.
