The ocean and beach views were stunning, and waking up to the waves made the stay feel special. Gunnadoo Holiday Hut was a beautiful, romantic highlight of our trip. We’d happily recommend it for a memorable getaway.

We were already planning to come back before we’d even left. We stayed in the single room accommodation and really liked it. The drive up is steep, but worth the climb. It’s a beautiful spot where the sea and mountains seem to meet heaven.

You’re surrounded by rainforest, but there’s an amazing view over the water. It’s also an easy drive south to Mossman or north to Daintree Village. The peaceful ambience made it relaxing straight away, and the location was perfect. I highly recommend it.

The driveway is a nightmare!! The place itself was beautiful and a perfect base for exploring the area. We really enjoyed unwinding here.

The hot tub was the best part. We could sit back and watch the waves during the day, then the stars at night. The private cabin is surrounded by rainforest and has stunning ocean views, with all the essentials and more. Such a relaxing weekend, the most relaxing we’ve ever had. We can’t recommend it enough, and next time we’ll book a longer stay.
