Parking right outside our unit made unloading the bags easy, and even though we arrived late, we got the key using the staff member's phone instructions. The kitchen had a stovetop, kettle and microwave. The place was lovely and well located, but the upstairs bedroom got stuffy because the only air conditioning was downstairs. There was a fan, though it was so dusty we left it alone. The bathroom was large and everything worked; it looked a bit worn, but it was clean.

We could walk to the Saturday Salamanca Markets, and Woolworths, shops and restaurants in central Sandy Bay were only a short stroll away. The apartment was roomy, clean and comfortably heated, with a well equipped kitchen and bathroom amenities. Check-in after hours was easy by phone and keybox, and free on-site parking was a bonus. It was an affordable, comfortable stay and we'd happily return or recommend it to friends and family. Booking early is a good idea, as it can sell out, especially around events.

Our upstairs room had a kitchenette, a roomy bathroom with a bath, a small couch, TV and an incredibly comfortable bed. The apartments sit back from the road, so traffic noise was minimal, and the staff were really friendly. It's also in a handy spot for Salamanca wharf, groceries, cafes and restaurants.

Handy spot, with Woolworths and plenty of restaurants close by. The room we were given felt quite old, though, and each time we turned on the kitchen hot water, the toilet pipes made a loud hissing sound. Fine for a night, but I wouldn't choose it for a longer stay.

The apartment was laid out just right, with enough space and the right amount of things, plus room to put our belongings. It was exceptionally clean, the service was excellent and the staff were wonderful. Everything was nearby, and we walked into Hobart city, Salamanca, the yacht clubs and casino. We tried Turkish Tukka too, and I could eat there every day. Healthy, authentic food. I'll be back.
