The receptionist was lovely and helpful, and there really wasn't anything to fault. Our room was roomy, and the hot breakfast for $15 came with scrambled eggs, toast and bacon. They gave us huge piles of bacon on each plate. Thanks, Pines Country Club Motor Inn, for a stay that turned out unexpectedly great.

A really nice place, with that old motel charm but still clean and comfortable. The people at reception were friendly too. There are plenty of restaurants and shops nearby, and they stay open late.

Zoe made the visit for me. She was warm, friendly and helpful the whole time, and made sure I had what I needed. I had a great stay at Motor Inn and would happily recommend it.

We had a spa in the room, and it was handy having shops, restaurants and a petrol station right next door. I stayed for two nights and slept well: the bed was comfy, the room was clean, and I never heard the main road. The rooms sit well back from it. Even with the outside temperature down to 9c at night, the room stayed warm through the evening without needing the heater. I'd recommend it if you need a decent rest.

The kids love the large pool, and we've found the rooms clean and tidy each time we've stayed. Our family has been to The Pines several times, and the service has been great for the price. Staff are happy to help with anything. I'd recommend it for business trips or family travel.
