Quest Shepparton

I called at the last minute and the team made it work, saving my work trip. Thank you for working with me, you guys are amazing, and I can't wait to see the renovations finished. Quest used to be my go-to whenever I stayed in Shepparton for work. Prices have gone up, which I understand in the current economy, but my work accommodation budget hasn't, so I had to look elsewhere. I was promised the best at another place and got the worst, both in quality and especially service. This thanks is overdue. The team here is exactly what hospitality and plenty of other industries need: efficient, empathetic and accommodating.

Riley and Lily made our stay so comfortable, and I can't thank them enough. The staff were very professional and thorough. The place was clean, comfortable and relaxing, and its central spot meant everything was close by. We were glad to stay at Quest Shepparton while visiting the lovely city. Hats off to Riley, Lily and management.

I was a bit nervous about being away for work, but the team made it comfortable and enjoyable. The front desk and housekeeping staff were so welcoming from the moment I arrived, and I really felt at home. Quest Shepparton is in a great spot, a short walk from Aldi for groceries and right by the lake, perfect for my morning runs. Thanks to everyone for such a lovely stay. I'll definitely be back.

The staff were very sweet, but the facilities and management were well below average. I paid over 400 per night for a room I didn't want to be in because of the nonstop clanking and drilling. Construction was happening right outside my window from 8:30 in the morning until later in the afternoon, with the entire window view taken up by the work. I came for a break and was forcibly woken at 8:30 every morning. No one told me about the construction when I booked. There were rooms across three floors on both sides of the building, yet customers were put right next to the work. It seems especially questionable to do this during summer break, when the hotel is busiest. My complaint is about management and service, not the construction or workers. Very disappointing for probably the most expensive hotel in town.
