A lovely house that works well for large groups, with a wood fire and pool table as great features. The price is reasonable, and the mattresses seemed fairly new and were quite comfortable. I’d definitely consider staying here again. The water heater didn’t seem to work very well, though an instant hot water heater would be ideal. The windows rattled quite a lot on windy nights, but were otherwise fine.

The layout works really well for guests, with an open, spacious, comfortable lounge and kitchen and a second great space downstairs for the younger ones. It’s a beautiful beach house with AMAZING views across the hills and ocean, plus a balcony all the way around. The interiors, including the bathrooms, have been recently renovated. Thoughtful touches included tea, coffee, s&p, wine, and choices on arrival. Everything about the house is perfect. We highly recommend staying here and will be back!

We really enjoyed our stay in this lovely, warm, cosy place, and it had all the amenities. Thanks for the comfort! Just sorry to mention, but the dishwasher doesn’t seem to work. Maybe previous guests couldn’t figure it out either, since a few cups were left dirty but turned over in the drawer and the soap dispenser was jammed. We used it anyway, but it only rinsed the dishes. Everything else was just perfect. We’ll surely come back.
