The location is pretty good, and the secure premises felt reassuring. It was okay value for money, though the room was small despite matching the description. There were no pool towels or way to get fresh ones, and no microwave, which was annoying. The holding deposit and terms only came through after booking, and I spent more than 24 hours chasing late check-in details while travelling without reception. That added stress. The doors all slam loudly, and with inconsiderate neighbours, I barely slept.

We had to carry the baby, prams and everything else up three floors because the lifts were out. A notice said they’d be unavailable from 10am to 2pm, but they were still out at 7pm. We’d already paid and weren’t told beforehand. One of the technicians said the service had been booked weeks earlier, so the operators’ claim that it was an urgent fix didn’t ring true. They took our money without warning us. Their reply below now confirms they knew about the work and kept quiet so people would keep booking. Disgusting.

I was there for several weeks, and it was the best hotel in Townsville. Every staff member I dealt with was friendly, excellent, and ready to make things easier. Highly recommend it 👍

A quiet little gem, close to everything. The teams in the apartments and the attached bar/restaurant were great. Our family unit had everything we needed, so I’ll be back with the family next time. Thanks, team.

We had plenty of room in the three-bedroom apartment for our family of five. The facility is excellent and the location is great. We were very happy with the stay and will definitely book here again.
