The site is perfectly placed, with a short walk along the lovely river estuary into town. It’s a dog-friendly park, and there are two wonderful leash-free dog beaches within walking distance. Neither was busy. I booked a powered grass site, but after the heavy rain, the superstar at reception had already moved me to a slab site at no extra cost before I had to ask. The check-in team were extremely friendly and accommodating, and every other staff member I met was lovely. Facilities were well equipped and super clean. South West Rocks is a lovely town with a strong Aboriginal culture, which I love. I even got bunya nuts from a local Aboriginal fella, and luckily the camp kitchen had an air fryer, so I didn’t have to boil them for an hour! 😂 Very well priced for the facilities. Highly recommend, and we’ll be back. Thank you so much! ❤️

The walk to the main beach took about 10-15 minutes, and we liked that the site felt more sheltered from the wind than the beachfront in town. We stayed four nights on a premium ensuite site, with plenty of room and really friendly staff. The kids had fun exploring the paperbark trees nearby. We were near the boat ramp, so there was some early morning noise, but it wasn't too bad. We'd recommend it.

Emma made a stressful car breakdown situation so much easier. She listened, understood what we were dealing with, and was kind and professional throughout. She even showed us her lovely veggie garden, which says a lot about the care she puts into things. Thanks for everything, Emma. You really made our stay, and we hope management knows what a gem they have. People like you make Ingenia a place we'd happily return to.

There was plenty for the kids to do, and the park was close to town and the local sights. We came with our caravan club and felt welcome right away. Our caravan site was beautiful, and the park was clean and well kept. Staff were friendly and helpful too. Thanks, Ingenia, for making the stay memorable 😊

We were close to the road and didn't get one of the campsites with those amazing river views. The campground is near the river, though, and the amenities closest to us looked quite new and were clean. They did get too busy at times.
