The room was old, smelly and dusty. My Husband couldn’t breathe properly, and when I asked the receptionist for a refund so we could leave, she said her daughter cleans the rooms and that she knew it was clean. I wiped the bed head with a wet wipe and it came away full of dust. The fridge leaked water, which was a hazard, and the bed was so old it tagged badly. My Husband couldn’t sleep on it with me. I ended up covered in bed bug bites and had to see the Gp for treatment. When I booked, I thought I was getting a 2 room cabin, but I never received an email confirmation, so I didn’t know until we arrived that it was a one bedroom, very old, stinky motel room. After I raised it with the receptionist, she emailed the confirmation later. It felt deceptive. Don’t go unless you want bites and an itchy whole body. If anyone in your family has asthma, the dust and odor could set it off for you or your kids.

We stayed at the end of October, and everything was spotless, from the bedding and room to the well-maintained barbecue and pool area. The kitchen area was very nicely equipped, and there was plenty of room. Management were friendly and helpful, and the place was close to everything. We’ll definitely stay here again when we’re in the area.

The room was really well set up for a stay with the Wife and Kids, and having a door and deck that led straight to the pool was excellent. Reception staff were very polite and friendly. It’s a great place to stay and very well priced.

I was here for work and found the cabins nice and the service great. There’s stuff all to do around here, but if you want to get away from the city’s hustle and bustle, this is the place. Very quiet and relaxing. :)
