Stansbury Holiday Motel

Tracy and David were excellent hosts at the Stansbury Holiday Motel. Tracy gave me a friendly welcome, and when the lock on my room door failed, David came to look at it straight away. Once he realized it needed replacing, they offered me another room of the same type so I wouldn’t be inconvenienced. I was back about two hours later to find a brand-new lock and handle on my original room. The room was spotless, with white bedding and bathroom towels just as clean. The air-conditioning worked perfectly and ran quietly. Tinting on the front window helped cut heat and glare while giving the room more privacy. The firm mattress was the most comfortable I’ve had in accommodation for a long time, and I slept better than I have in ages. I always bring my own pillow, but the supplied ones seemed good quality. It was quiet in the rooms. In the evening, I could just make out soft conversation from the pool area, well before the 10:30pm quiet time. I couldn’t hear anything from the rooms on either side.

The heated pool made the getaway even better, and the peaceful setting and coastal views were lovely. I had an amazing stay at the Stansbury Holiday Motel. The rooms were spotless, comfortable, and had everything I needed to relax. The staff were friendly and welcoming, and went out of their way to make us feel at home. I’ll definitely come back, and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Stansbury!

The heated pool is a nice bonus, and the service was smooth. It’s a very nice place to stay, with the property well kept.
