We paid AUD390.88 for two nights in Apr-May 2024 at 3 Hills at The Good Place, booked through Agoda with an 18% credit card discount. Jason and Michelle were friendly, polite hosts, and we enjoyed chatting with them. The separate room away from the main house was roomy, tidy and clean, with a comfortable bed, stable Wi-Fi and a portable fan heater. The bathroom was spacious and clean too; the shower suited one person, with good pressure and drainage, though only bath towels were provided. There was a basic breakfast with bread, cereal and jam, plus a selection of bottled spices. Parking was available at the front porch. It’s a quiet neighbourhood, but eateries are in Sheffield, around a 17-20 minute drive away.

The location is lovely and close to cradle mountain. The house was spotless and clearly cared for, with a lot of thought put into it. The host greeted us as we drove in, and we passed some goats on the way to the house. Bread, jams, butter and a few other things were provided, which was a nice touch. We had a fantastic stay.

We'd love to come back. Tazmazia and lake barrington are nearby, and sheffield isn't far away either. The room and bed were both really comfortable, and the hosts were such welcoming people. They couldn't have done more to help us.

Everything was thought through so well that you barely need to bring anything beyond yourself. It's an awesome place, with an easy drive from both Cradle and Devonport. Highly recommend!

Michelle was so accommodating, and the whole place felt carefully planned with everything you might need. We couldn't fault our stay. It's a shame this place doesn't have more reviews. Just bring yourself!
