The parking is tight. One morning a huge 4WD was parked so close to my door that I couldn’t get into my car and had to get creative. There isn’t much soundproofing either, so I could hear people moving around and walking out front. It’s fine when everyone’s quiet, but terrible when people are inconsiderate. Still, it’s one of the nicer places to stay for a reasonable price. The room was clean, the bed and pillows comfortable, and the shower stayed hot at a good pressure and temperature. Friendly staff, close to food. Can’t ask for more.

We were only here for one night, and late check-in was available. Lovely little spot, really comfortable beds and a delicious breakfast. Thanks for a wonderful stay!

We liked the Burke & Wills so much that we booked it again for the return trip to Victoria. Our one-night stop was on the way to a 100th birthday celebration in South Australia. The room was spacious and welcoming, with a king size bed that was an absolute delight, and everything was clean.

The location is perfect, close to everything you need, and there’s a pool too. My room was really comfortable and super clean, and the staff were friendly and welcoming. Had a great stay, easily the best motel in Swan Hill. Highly recommend!
