The owner was a wonderful, kind man and did everything he could to make my stay comfortable and pleasant. I’d highly recommend this place as a home away from home in Swan Hill. It’s ideally located beside town, and the smooth footpath was easy for me to manage in my wheelchair.

Check-in was smooth, the room was clean, and the location was convenient. The staff were very friendly too. I had a great stay and would definitely return. Highly recommended! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

It took three room changes before we were finally given the room we’d booked in advance. First they tried to put us upstairs with a three-year-old, then they moved us downstairs to a room with black mould in the shower. The rooms were very dusty and didn’t seem to get cleaned often. The ground at the pool entrance was broken, and there were no depth signs at either end. I’m 5'1, and the water was below my shoulders and the same depth at both ends. I wouldn’t recommend it.

I booked ahead, but still had to wait at check-in while they made sure the room had been cleaned. There was a serious amount of mould in the shower, which is a major health concern. I’d advise looking elsewhere for accommodation.

ALARM BELLS ARE RINGING One of our Reps stayed here recently and was horrified by the service and the condition of the room. He had to call to get access, then waited 15 minutes for a guy to turn up, stumbling out of his car. The room door wouldn’t lock, so he pushed furniture against it to feel a little safer. The room wasn’t clean, and he wasn’t comfortable sleeping with the linen and pillow provided. There was a group of people behaving strangely in a back area, and what looked like drug paraphernalia nearby. After reading some of the other reviews, I suspect they’re fake.
