I can't trust this place. We booked weeks ahead, and while I was driving over from the airport, Steven called and said a plumbing problem had flooded our room and they couldn't put us up. I told him we were only 30 minutes away and that I'd stop in to see the damage while they found us somewhere else. He went quiet. Steven clearly hadn't expected me to challenge the story, but eventually admitted he'd lied. They simply can't be trusted.

The apartment suited our family of five, and we'd look here first next time. The website photos were a surprisingly accurate picture of the apartment's size and amenities, which mattered more to us than any single compliment or complaint. It was good value, and the location was great. I made a mistake with the initial booking, but customer service sorted it out quickly with little fuss and a very reasonable financial impact, with no penalty. The double glazing kept out road noise, and the kitchen had a good range of appliances, including a rice cooker and blender, with instruction booklets. There was also a good washer and dryer in the shared laundry.
