Metro Hotel Miranda

We stayed four nights and found it comfortable and good value. The rooms are adequate, with daily cleaning, and the small balcony gives you a bit of open air. The shared lounge, laundry, and outdoor seating are nice extras. Big shopping centres and public transport are very close. One small snag: at first, you can only get in from the car park until reception gives you a security token.

We love staying here, close to our family and Westfield Miranda. Everyone is amazing, from the front desk to the room cleaners. The staff stay calm even when it’s busy, and nothing feels like too much trouble when we ask for something. Our rooms are spotless after housekeeping has been through. Thank you all for making our time away from home comfortable and enjoyable. You’re legends, and we really appreciate how you go above and beyond.

The bed was comfy, the bathroom was nice, and there were plenty of lotions and toiletries. We also had a microwave, kettle, and cutlery in the room. Staff were super friendly, parking was available, and we could leave our luggage after checkout. We’d stay again if we were in the area. For what we paid, it was great value and clean enough, though not spotless. The big bed upgrade was nice, but meant we lost the balcony. We arrived at night and didn’t mind, though other people might. My only real downside was the light in the morning. The curtains weren’t good, and I woke at sunrise on my first chance to sleep in for a while.

My daughter was here for a school excursion and accidentally left her new jeans behind. Tara and the team quickly tracked us down by contacting the school, arranged to get our address, and posted the jeans back within days. Their honesty and effort mean a lot. It’s reassuring to see a team that really cares. Thank you for acting so promptly and giving such outstanding service. We truly appreciate it.
