Having a bathtub was a luxury for us since we don't have one at home, and the kitchen was usable and well equipped. Still, we found rice left in a pot. The couches were dated, stained, sagging, and worn, and the blankets were torn. The rugs were filthy and uneven, a tripping hazard. There's no insulation, and we froze when we followed the air-con instructions to leave it at 21°C. Changing it to 26°C made things much more comfortable. This wasn't our first choice, we'd avoid another stay, and I'd say it's overpriced.
