North Sydney Accommodation

We were visiting friends for a couple of nights and wanted to be close by. The hotel has good staff, easy access to Coles and other shops, and is walkable to the subways while still being handy for the city center. The bedroom was good and the kitchen was complete. We even cooked roast lamb one evening. It’s well maintained and good value. Being away from the tourist route made it quiet, and the location was excellent.

The North Sydney location is convenient, and the staff are friendly and ready to help. But the room’s cleanliness needs work. On our second day, we came back from being out and found a big fly flying around the living room. It hadn’t been there the night before, so I don’t understand how it showed up after the room was cleaned during the day. They should pay attention to cleanliness.

We slept well every night in this quiet, comfortable, clean unit. It had cooking equipment and utensils, and although we didn’t need a view since we were out all day, the room itself was peaceful. The staff were professional, helpful and friendly, and check-in was hassle-free. Victoria Cross Metro is next door, with Woolworths and Greenwood Plaza within walking distance and several bus stops nearby. The building felt safe, with an access card needed for the lift and for the main entrance after 11 p.m. There’s a laundry room in the basement and a gym with sauna next to reception. Highly recommended if you want a quiet place by the metro.

I was there for a week, and getting around was easy with Victoria Cross metro right next door. The rooms have great facilities, and the staff are amazing, nothing is too much trouble. Big thanks to Dan, who welcomed us when we arrived and made us feel at home. Definitely recommend.
