Strawberry Patch

A quiet street, with the Main Street of Leura only a few hundred metres away. The cottage was beautifully decorated and well equipped, with lush gardens and off-street parking. A perfect place to spend a few days in the Blue Mountains.

A rabbit hopped through the garden to greet us while we had coffees outside, and the classical music and crackling fire created such a lovely mood as we walked in. The owners had added so many thoughtful touches, and the cottage was beautifully appointed. We had the most wonderful family weekend for my birthday. The location was perfect, just a three-minute walk into Leura Main Street. It was such a great stay.

We loved the privacy of Strawberry Patch cottage, tucked among beautiful, lush gardens while still being a short stroll from Leura Mall. The bathroom underfloor heating and electric blankets felt luxurious. Lorraine had also left us a wonderful care package with eggs, bacon, orange juice, fresh bread, butter and jam, plus a fabulous bottle of wine. Thanks for all the care and attention, Lorraine. We had a wonderful long weekend and will definitely return, hopefully without leaving it another three years this time!

Lorraine was wonderful to deal with while arranging things for me, and nothing was too much trouble. Strawberry Patch was more than we could have hoped for, with truly beautiful accommodation. I'd love to return and try one of the other homes. Highly recommend it for a special occasion.
