SureStay by Best Western New Inn Richmond

I had a terrific six-night stay and slept really well every night in the comfortable bed. The room was comfortable too, and I was pleasantly surprised to find it had a bath. Staff were friendly and helpful with my questions. The only small annoyance was the old-style air conditioning. It was a bit noisy compared with modern split systems and didn’t have a remote. Even so, I had a great time and would gladly stay again.

A perfectly fine place to spend the night. The room was tidy and clean, and thankfully had no lingering chemical or old-smoke smells. Check-in was easy. The microwave could use a clean and the fridge wasn’t working very well. Online checkout didn’t work for me, but the room attendant kindly took care of it.

I had a pleasant stay on a business trip. The room was large and clean, though the decor felt a little dated, and WiFi was slow enough that I switched to my mobile. A plus was the keyless entry available around the clock. I noticed pigeons had nested on the air conditioning unit outside the window of room 12. None of that was a major problem for me, but I thought future guests might like to know.

The room was clean and well equipped, and the location was handy. Richmond Inn, a good place to eat, is about 300m away. We were greeted by a helpful staff member, and the electronic door lock with a passcode was convenient.
