At this price, what more could people expect from a 4 star hotel? You get a big room, a great bed and pillows, and a central location in a major city. Everything the hotel offers is amazing for this price range.

The one good thing is the convenient location, within walking distance of Central station, Hay Market, CBD, and Darling Harbour. Otherwise, I don’t recommend staying here. The room was extremely dusty, and my daughter, who’s sensitive to dust, sneezed nonstop in it every day. As soon as we left the hotel, she stopped. Housekeeping was terrible: they never left fresh towels, and used cups weren’t washed. There was never anyone at reception either. When I needed amenities, I had to leave a note for housekeeping in the room. There’s a sign telling guests to call an Australian number for help, but not everyone has international calling access, especially when they only have data these days. The walls are so thin that we could always hear our neighbors coming and going. Housekeeping also woke us at 7:30 AM by vacuuming the room next door. We stayed five nights, long enough to assess it. Please take your money somewhere cleaner and more comfortable.

My wife and I spent 7 days here, and it felt like a sweet home instead of a hotel. The room was spacious, beautifully designed, and had everything we needed for a relaxing stay. The decor and layout clearly had a lot of thought put into them. The atmosphere was warm, welcoming, and very comfortable. The staff were sweet, polite, and always ready to help. Mrs. Noni was especially friendly and helpful throughout our stay, and made a real difference with her personal touch. We’d like to thank the other staff too, DURRA, NUAIMI HARRAZ AND ZUL. Mr. Zul was also very helpful and friendly. We’ll definitely stay here again whenever we’re in Sydney. Highly recommended if you’re looking for a cozy, homely place with great hospitality.
