Townsville Seaside Apartments

The staff were attentive and friendly, and went out of their way to make sure I was comfortable and happy. Emthree Seaside Apartments is in a stunning spot surrounded by natural beauty, a lovely escape from everyday bustle. The combination of the setting and thoughtful service made the visit memorable. I’d happily return and experience it again.

Friendly and accommodating staff, but safety and security are a serious concern. The first night, the unit next door was broken into and a wallet was stolen. We found it by the front of our car and handed it to police. The next night someone tried to break into our unit. We stopped them, but they threw a lump of concrete at my husband. The security is dated to the 80s: screen doors don’t lock with a key, front doors don’t deadbolt, and even the front window just has a piece of timber against it. Anyone can walk up to the apartments, and there’s no secure parking. Please take note of previous reviews on other sites that have raised security too. Be wary if you have a nice car.

The staff were very friendly and helpful, and we had everything we needed. It was a great place to shelter from the storm. Our Cruiser utes with campers fitted perfectly in the covered car parking. We’ll be back! 😊

The apartments are clean and very retro, with a comfortable bed and air conditioning that worked well. Location is a key factor here. I’ll be back.
